Information you choose to share
When you contact EASA Flight Examiner USA, we collect your name, email address, optional telephone number and message, EASA licensing authority, requested ratings and expiry dates, medical certificate status and applicable expiry date, language endorsement level and expiry, preferred airport, FAA credential and rating status, and a broad US immigration-status category. We use these details to assess and respond to your inquiry and coordinate requested services. You may choose to discuss immigration status privately. Do not include medical history, clinical records, passport or visa numbers, or document scans.
Storage and notifications
Inquiries and their structured answers are stored privately on our server and sent to our business mailbox through our email provider. Website inquiry records are deleted automatically after a 90-day retention period. Email correspondence is held separately from website records. Copies may remain in protected backups for a limited period according to our backup policy.
Security and external services
We use request limits and spam checks to protect the contact service. Network addresses may be processed temporarily for these checks, but are not saved with inquiry records. This site does not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers or a chatbot. Fonts and images are hosted locally. External links, including maps and the medical practice website, are subject to those providers' privacy policies.
The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile when enabled to help distinguish people from automated submissions. Cloudflare processes technical browser and network information to perform this check. Our server sends Cloudflare the verification token, not your contact details, message or intake answers. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for information about its processing.
