Our Process

  1. The first step in your process of rating revalidation or renewal is to contact us via our website contact form or email us at info@easaflightexaminerusa.com
  2. Once we have made contact, together we will discuss your specific situation, assess your requirements, and determine what will be needed to affect your EASA revalidation or renewal.
  3. An all-inclusive price quotation and proposal will be provided to you that will include examiner fees, admin fee, aircraft rental and fuel and airport charges.
  4. With your acceptance of the price quotation, together we will coordinate to schedule a date, time and place for your required training and/or proficiency check.
  5. If required, EASA Flight Examiner USA will contact your EASA national licensing authority to coordinate the administrative aspects and where necessary obtain the required approvals.
  6. Upon successful completion of your training and/or proficiency check, we will action all administrative requirements, supply the documents and coordinate with your licensing authority to affect your rating revalidation or renewal.
